Kai Ling has experience handling a wide range of cases, including commercial disputes, land disputes, defamation, employment matters, injunction applications and debt recovery matters. She is also actively involved in adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) 2012 as well as arbitration proceedings.
Kai Ling has appeared before the Subordinate Courts, High Court and appellate courts, representing clients in both hearings and trials.
She previously served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Chambers of Malaysia where she handled a variety of criminal cases.
Kai Ling also works closely with and represents international clients, offering practical legal solutions tailored to the Malaysian legal landscape. She has experience in working with a variety of experts and consultants including in the fields of delay analysis, quantum analysis, forensics and technical assessments.
